I certainly do not hear the accent as Russian, or, at least, not as stereotypically/negatively Russian. In Hollywood, the English spoken by "Russians" sounds much different, but you may be right. In writing this comment, I watched the movie again, and I still generally like it (especially the part about the artists from around the world), although the move to "creativeness" instead of "creativity" makes my ears bleed. The word appears in the Oxford English Dictionary, so I can't say they made it up, but, still... ouch.
