That's great news. How did you do all the translating? Your family or pros?

Six to eight weeks is an excellent time frame. I'm literally just waiting for my grandfather's death certificate to come in the mail. Then I'm straight off to the consul.

Hello again!

I just wanted to thank you again for updating your process on dual citizenship. I previously left a comment about me starting my process and wanted to update you! My family just recently finished translating all documents and now they are off to our consulate in Chicago and then off to Lietuva for verification. They said that if everything goes as planned and the Lithuanians don't need more information, we should have our passports in 6-8 weeks! I wish you luck on the remainder of your journey. I believe you had a harder line to trace back for family than I did. Good luck!
